Our 285-meter fully automated 3-coat 3-bake painting line runs inside a Class 10,000 cleanroom, backed by two semi-automatic reciprocating lines. We handle spray painting, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, hot stamping and water transfer printing on plastic and metal housings, plus turnkey injection molding + finishing + assembly — serving global brands in mobile communications, beauty devices, home appliances and medical electronics.

Class 10,000 Cleanroom
Within our 3,500 ㎡ plant sits a 285-meter fully automated 3-coat 3-bake painting line in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, plus two semi-automatic reciprocating lines, an intelligent 5-axis reciprocating sprayer, robotic painting equipment and a manual UV line. Large and small parts alike are coated here; high-gloss UV, matte UV and soft-touch (rubber-feel) coatings are formed right the first time in a dust-free environment.

Spray painting (UV / PU / soft-touch / gradient / chameleon / iridescent / flocking / pearl / metallic and more) + screen printing + pad printing + laser engraving + hot stamping + water transfer printing — with mold injection molding upstream and assembly downstream. One factory completes every surface process, eliminating the communication and logistics costs of juggling multiple suppliers.
Fast Sampling & Delivery
Free sampling from your drawings or physical samples; production starts only after sample approval, and the sample-to-production handoff happens in the same workshop — no process hand-offs, no information loss. Standard materials are ready within 7 days. MOQ 3,000 pcs for custom / OEM orders.
