In our Class 10,000 cleanroom, the 285-meter fully automated 3-coat 3-bake painting line and two semi-automatic reciprocating lines mass-produce seven special-effect finishes: gradient, chameleon, iridescent, flocking, pearl, metallic and splatter. From free sampling to volume production, a single painting pass can be topped with screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving and hot stamping — appearance parts delivered in one stop.

In ProductionGradient Color Coating
Smooth two- or multi-color transitions on a single surface — dual-color gradients, matte color gradients, gradient metallics and more. Supports multi-coat UV processes and works in line with downstream screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving and assembly.
Colors flow naturally along the housing with no visible joint, from matte frosted to metallic gloss; a UV topcoat adds saturation and wear resistance.

In ProductionChameleon Coating
Chameleon-effect pigments give the housing dynamic color shifts. Now part of our standard process list, it can be combined with UV, PU and soft-touch coatings.
The surface flows between two or more colors as viewing angle and lighting change — a highly recognizable "chameleon" effect.
In ProductionIridescent Coating
Iridescent-effect paints applied by automated spraying in the cleanroom produce a rainbow interference sheen, deliverable as a one-stop package with laser engraving, screen printing, pad printing and assembly.
Different hues appear head-on versus at an angle, with flowing rainbow light — more layered and high-tech than ordinary pearl finishes.
In ProductionFlocking Coating
Also known as velvet paint, it dries into a fine suede-like texture. Compatible with UV and soft-touch systems, it suits volume production of housings where touch matters.
Soft as velvet and satin, warm and skin-friendly to the touch — effectively removing the cold, cheap feel of plain plastic.
In ProductionPearl Coating
Pearlescent pigments in the paint give the housing a delicate pearl-like luster. We already mass-produce pearl-silver beauty device handles — a mature, stable option.
An understated, quality sheen with fine pearl particles sparkling up close — perfect for an "affordable luxury" look.
In ProductionMetallic Coating
Metal-effect paints give plastic surfaces a metal-like texture. Applied alone or combined with PU and soft-touch coatings; suitable for plastic and some metal / alloy substrates.
Metallic gloss and a solid, premium feel on plastic parts — close to real metal while keeping the weight and molding advantages of plastic.
In ProductionSplatter Coating
Contrasting speckles are evenly sprayed over a base coat, creating starry-sky, granite or sandstone textures — mass-produced on our 285-meter fully automated 3-coat 3-bake line or the semi-automatic reciprocating lines.
Base and speckle colors contrast in an even granular texture — rich in depth, and forgiving of dirt and wear.
