Capacity at a Glance
A 285-Meter Automated Line + Two Reciprocating Lines for Every Batch Size and Process
From the 285-meter fully automated 3-coat 3-bake line to the manual UV fine-spraying line, every process is assigned to the line that fits it best. Equipment details below come from our factory records.
Fully Automated Cleanroom 3-Coat 3-Bake Painting Line
Model YC-100Our main line: 285 meters long, installed in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. Using the 3-coat 3-bake process (primer, mid-coat and topcoat, each sprayed and baked), parts complete dedusting, painting and baking automatically without human contact. Ideal for high-volume 3C plastic housings — phone cases, Bluetooth earphones, power banks — in UV, PU and soft-touch coatings, with better color consistency and yield at scale.
Intelligent 5-Axis Reciprocating Painting Line (Semi-Automatic)
Model HSH-101The first of two semi-automatic reciprocating lines. Its 5-axis reciprocating sprayer follows programmed paths, delivering far more consistent coverage on curved, irregular and gradient surfaces than manual work. Gradient, chameleon and iridescent coatings — all sensitive to spray uniformity — are mainly produced on this line.
Robotic Reciprocating Painting Line (Semi-Automatic)
Model HSH-35The second semi-automatic reciprocating line, driven by a robotic arm. Spray motions are fixed by program, so every batch and every piece of the same product gets identical spray angles and film thickness — ideal for brands with long-term repeat orders and high batch-consistency requirements.
Manual UV Painting Line
Model HY-23A manual fine-spraying line operated by skilled painters, handling what automated lines cannot: small batches, high mix, complex geometries — sampling, pilot runs, irregular parts and local touch-ups. Large and small parts alike; this line guarantees our flexible capacity.
Screen & Pad Printing Lines
Model YUCHPost-coating decoration lines for screen and pad printing. After painting, parts are printed with logos, legends and patterns without leaving the factory — no secondary outsourcing, shorter lead times, and clearer quality accountability across processes.

Class 10,000 Cleanroom: The First Line of Defense for Coating Quality
There is an honest saying in the painting industry: dust is the biggest enemy of yield. One speck of dust on a wet film means one defective part.
Jinlekang's painting workshop is built to Class 10,000 cleanroom standards: painting and baking run entirely in a clean environment, with operators in cleanroom suits. For high-gloss UV, mirror effects and light-colored soft-touch coatings — finishes where nothing can be hidden — a cleanroom is not a bonus but the dividing line between possible and impossible.
The 3,500 ㎡ plant housing the workshop has completed all required environmental procedures, with compliant paint-exhaust treatment — so brand customers can audit us with full confidence.

Quality Control: Checked at Every Step, Incoming to Outgoing
Our QC principle is simple: failed materials never go online, failed parts never leave the factory.

Incoming Inspection
Customer-supplied substrates are inspected on arrival and go online only after passing.

Loading & Dedusting
Parts are cleaned and dedusted before loading, keeping substrate impurities out of the coating.

In-Process Control
Automated lines fix spray parameters by program; patrol inspections monitor film thickness and appearance.

100% Outgoing QC
Finished products are 100% inspected before shipping — every process is gated.

From Guanlan, Shenzhen to Qingxi, Dongguan, we have kept this "incoming inspection + 100% outgoing QC" practice for over a decade. It is not fancy — but the steady repeat orders from long-time customers say everything about it.
You are welcome to inspect our lines in person, or send samples first to confirm the finish before discussing volumes.
