Base coating and surface decoration are completed inside our Class 10,000 cleanroom, with screen/pad printing lines matched to the automated painting lines in the same factory — logos, legends and textures delivered together, no multi-factory handling. The plant runs a 285-meter fully automated 3-coat 3-bake painting line, two semi-automatic reciprocating lines, and dedicated screen and pad printing lines — handling both large and small parts.

Screen Printing
Screen printing transfers inked graphics through a mesh stencil onto plastic and metal housings — the workhorse process for logos, scales, legends and color blocks. Our dedicated screen printing line sits in the same workshop as the painting lines, so base coating, printing and topcoat are completed in-line.

Pad Printing
Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer graphics from an etched plate onto irregular surfaces — solving the curved, recessed and small-part jobs screen printing cannot reach. Our screen and pad printing lines work together and connect directly with painting and laser engraving, all scheduled in-house without outsourcing.

Laser Engraving
Laser engraving carves graphics into coatings or substrates, enabling light-blocking backlit legends, cut-out light effects and metallic etched marks — characters that never wear off. The "painting + laser engraving + assembly" combo flows within one factory, no outsourcing required.
- High precision with permanently wear-resistant graphics that never rub off
- Backlit legend process: light-blocking paint is laser-etched into translucent characters — ideal for backlit keys and indicator windows
- Works on plastic and metal surfaces, often paired with matte UV or wear-resistant color bases
Hot Stamping
Hot stamping transfers metallic foil onto the product surface under heat and pressure, creating metal-luster logos and decorative lines. Often combined with painting and screen printing to elevate brand marks and trim lines, scheduled together with in-house decoration work.
Water Transfer Printing (Hydro Dipping)
Water transfer printing (hydro dipping) wraps films printed with wood grain, carbon fiber, camouflage and other patterns around complex surfaces — seamless full coverage for all-over texture decoration. A UV clear coat can be applied on top, connecting directly with our in-house painting lines.

From resin pellets to a finished housing, a part passes through injection molding, painting, printing, laser engraving and assembly. Split across factories, that means repeated sampling, repeated logistics and finger-pointing; at Jinlekang, all these processes happen on one site — materials go online after passing inspection, and every shipment is fully checked. Turnkey, processing-only, sample-based and drawing-based orders are all supported.
